  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Wingstop location. When I went to pick up my order, I provided the name, order number, and even showed the screenshot of my order, but that still wasn’t enough. I was asked to provide a receipt, which made the pickup process unnecessarily difficult. I also asked for extra sauce and was willing to pay for it, along with an extra box because my Buffalo Hot and BBQ flavors had been placed together in the same box. I simply wanted the flavors separated, as they normally are when ordering different flavors. Instead of simply accommodating the request, I was questioned about why I wanted them separated and received an attitude from the employees. There were three employees involved in the interaction: one employee who appeared to be a transgender Latino man and two Black female employees. One of the female employees, after I expressed how terrible the customer service was, proceeded to record my license plate. I found that extremely uncomfortable and completely unnecessary. Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated experience. Every time I come to this location, there seems to be an issue with the customer service. I’m spending $60–$80 each time I visit, and I shouldn’t consistently have to deal with poor customer service. This is also one of the only Wingstop locations I’ve been to where they seem determined to put everything into one bag, even when there are multiple boxes, which can cause the bag to rip and make the order difficult to carry. I’m not asking for special treatment—just basic respect, professionalism, and reasonable customer service. I’ve continued spending my money at this location, but the repeated negative experiences are making me reconsider coming back.

  This wing stop has to he the worst location . I’m not sure how this place is even open . The food is always messed up and trifling !! They need to be taken off door dash !!!

  As I walk in for a pickup I'm watching six people in the kitchen not wear gloves and all handle food. Then I watched them make half a meal for 10 people and then make the other half. So either you're going to have cold fries or cold chicken but you won't have both hot.

  We ordered at 8:52, the food was supposed to be done at 9:17, it is now 9:52 and we are still waiting. It would have been faster to go to an actual restaurant or drove to the one in Mentor and made it back in less time.
