I ordered and I’m being patient for 25 minutes, then I go up to inquire what’s going on. They haven’t even made my food so I demanded a refund and to their credit, they did give it to me, but that is just bullshit (I really wanted five guys today) at some point there was nobody even working. The guy doing the fries was shaking the fries with his hair is over where the fries were cooking. You gotta be kidding me.

Orders were going out, but then after 20 minutes it seemed that only DoorDash orders were going out. We were the only ones waiting for an order to dine in. So at 25 minutes we went up to inquire…. The gentleman had said they were making fries (and we had been already hearing that for the last 15 minutes). We ask for the status of our order and the PATTIES WERENT EVEN STARTED. After 25 minutes?!! At one point all the workers were MIA and taking a break the the same time. Two kids were in the corner the whole time, who I assume were kids an an employee. One guy had finally come out to make fries, but had his hair hanging over the fryer. Ended up getting a refund because service was shameful. We weren’t waiting another 30 minutes and took business elsewhere. Shouldn’t you pay attention to those dining in? It was obvious since we had gotten drinks too.
