  This had to be the worst fast food experience I have ever had. I ordered a meal with a soda. I went over to get my drinking and the machine was out and sprayed all over my clothes. The lady behind the country did nothing. I told her what happened and she started to get upset with me. It gets worse. She started to use faul language in front of other co workers and customers. Two ladies behind me were so upset they were about to leave. Then she started to use racial slurs to me. Calling me an old fat white guy. I was so upset I took my oder and left. I asked for a managers name but she said we never give that info out. Stay away from this store. This lady should be repremanded.

  I just left Arby's on Northfield. Decided to try the cheesesteak. Bad decision. This was the worst cheese steak sandwich I've ever had in my life. It took two bites and threw it in the trash
