    My husband and I had ice cream cones He just had a small vanilla soft serve and I got a medium size twist cone dipped in the cherry dip. Everything was very good we used to drive through and the service went pretty quick.

    went through the drive through - instead of saying something, he just kept the change. When I asked, said they had a penny shortage. Penny shortages happen, but tell people. Got a double cheese burger to eat while I was driving, but couldn’t because it was swimming in mustard AND no napkins in the bag. A damned mess.

    I always order via the app and always at the same location. This location decided to turn off online ordering and it switched my location and I didn’t know it. This location doesn’t have a pick up spot so you have to wait in a long line to tell them you’re there to pick up an online order so after waiting for a parking spot ( they decided to have a car show today) and waiting in line for another 10+ minutes I find out I have to drive 20 min out of my way to pick up my order. Very inconvenient. If there was a pick up line at this location I would have been informed right away and realized the mistake and my time wouldn’t have been wasted.

    Been coming to this DQ for years and had the worst interaction with a representative who supposedly was just promoted white male black hair glasses that look like a five-year-old would wear extremely rude. You can tell he does not take his job seriously or care about the people he serves. I hope this business will learn from this negative experience and screen. Potential employees better if you cannot handle custom basic customer interaction. You probably shouldn’t be dealing with customers.
