  So as we are sitting in line for quite a while we pull up to the speaker and there's literally no one answering nothing the person ahead waited a good 10 minutes I definitely understand understaffed places but not answering and the wait time was crazy. So altogether waiting for almost 20 minutes in a fast food lane with 3 cars and only one got served is very unprofessional and I hope you guys get more staff

  Only person in line and still had to wait forever supposedly waiting on onions for french dip royal and didn't even get the au jus to dip it in. Paid $20 for the sandwich with no dip and half empty brisket bowl.

  Horrible today, waited over 30 minutes for food. Part of the young staff needs to be fired for being a smart mouth and goofing off

  We were starving and we tried it. I have had fast food 5 times in 30 years. It didn't taste like real food and I regret eating there. Never again. Yuck!
