  Never again sat in drive threw for 20 minutes finally got my food got home and I paid 19.00 for a bun with just cheese on it no meat!!!!!4 mozeralla sticks and a medium coke..then tried calling and guess what they will not answer the phone so no way to get reimburst for the meal or a replacement meal.i live 15 minutes from there no senses in spending another 10-15 dollars on gas wouldn't be worth the food..never again will I eat at that restaurant service is very slow suppose to be fast food not sit in line 20 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of you...I would like my meal refunded or replaced this is not the first time I had a bad experience here this is the second and last..I would liketo be refunded or made right before I contact the better business bureau!!!!

  when I came by they were out of jamocha mix so the fella working comped us with large fries without us even asking and he was super amicable. I didnt get his name but he should get a raise! he was closing on June 16th .

  Waited for awhile curly fries where old and cold and chicken sandwich had brown lettuce on it. Trash

  Employees were too busy flirting and goofing off to properly take our order, or prepare the food. Cheese sauce is completely off the sandwich, bun & meat are burnt. Cheese sticks taste burnt or like old oil.

  They mess up constantly. You'll be the only car in the drive-thru and they'll still find a way to do something wrong. There's only a handful of fast food spots in the S. Bloomfield area, and this is easily the most unreliable next to the Taco Bell. They don't get much traffic at once, so it's not like they're overwhelmed and can't keep up with quality. I've gone here less than 10 times and they've messed up 7 times now. Forgetting whole items, making items incorrectly (using rye reuben bread for chicken salad is wild), giving wrong items out, usual fast food problems but happens far too frequently here for how often I've been the only individual in the line. How are you messing up when there's no pressure? No time crunch? There's ONE person in line. Just read the ticket and do it, it's not a difficult process. Gotta stop giving these tools my money.
