  This is by far the worst Arby’s location! They are unbelievably slow and rude. I sat and waited to order for 15 minutes before anyone asked what I wanted! For as expensive as Arby’s is you think they would have better service.

  I come here quite regularly and the service is consistently bad. I’ve been sitting here waiting for over ten minutes Without acknowledgment at the drive through. I was about to leave when they finally took my order. When I received my food the food was cold, and they forgot my sauce. I’ve had other issues with this specific location, with cooking and service issues. If I didn’t live around the corner I would actively avoid this location.

  Employee at the counter greeted us as soon as we came in, order taken timely. Dine in area was pretty dirty and only a few tables were clean. We were the only customers in at the time. Food took over 10 minutes to relieve but that could have also been that they never called our number to let us know it was at the counter. Also condiment dispensers were clogged up.
