  The rice was undercooked and cold. The cheese was literally hard. We all ordered beans didn’t come. Gave me the wrong drink and also the chicken tasted bad.

  Did a mobile order. Nothing special. Bowl, tacos, large side of cilantro lime sauce (not free, i paid for it) go in to grab my food. Check my bag. No sauce. Ask the lady about it. She told me they were out. I asked her how we were going to rectify this, as i paid for it. Then she asked me if my order was door dash or their app. Another random employee then informed her they did in fact have the sauce. She then proceed to make a cup of sauce for me, im not going to say intentionally but the entire cup was covered in it. Hands it to me. Now im carrying a bag in one hand got sauce all over the other. Lovely. Definitely will be back here. Lied to, and poor service. Pick one or the other please.

  This location has been closed for months and it’s still a joke. I come in they say we only have beans, rice and meat no sides. Like why are you even open. I will never come to this location again it’s always bs here

  Every chipotle location does the same thing every time. TOO MUCH SALT!! I MEAN COME ON!! and when you tell them they just say we follow the recipe how the company wants it. And we've told them to tell upper management/corporate to change it. And that customers are complaining. I have called corporate a few times but ya know how that goes. Yeah sure we'll put it up for review. Now I know why there was a salt shortage during winter. I'M DONE WITH YOUS!

  Reaching new levels of BAD service at this Solon location. First, let me say I love Chipotle. Sadly, the one in Solon is the worst. They never, and I mean never have fajita vegetables. Nor do they even pretend that they are going to have any. A few weeks ago I walked in and they tell me they are only doing online orders. Last night after finding out they had no fajitas and also no tomatoes, I asked if I could get extra chicken to make up for what they don’t have. But then at the register insisted on charging me for double chicken! After wasting time discussing it with the employee, the manager wanted to prove it was more important to insist I pay for the horrible service and extra chicken then to try and keep a customer. So I left without my order. I keep trying to avoid going to this location, because it’s usually a bad experience. This last visit did it for me. I’m done with the Solon Chipotle. The company should be embarrassed by this location. Earlier in my career I spent years in the restaurant business and know what it takes. But here, the bad attitude is obvious from the moment they ignore you after you walk in. A 1star rating is generous.
