  Got a raspberry cheesecake cookie that was a little overbaked but the employee was super friendly, quick, very helpful. Seemed really clean in the lobby area. Food was made right

  Two separate times we've gone well before closing and they say they are closed. Tonight arrived at 935. Online and on the door says they close at 10. I asked what ti.e they close and she obviously lied and said 8. If they actually closed at 8 she would've done had everything cleaned up and gone.

  If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. The same kid is always there working by himself. He's either in a awful mood with a horrible attitude, or in a good mood and decides what you want for you. First time I went in there, he made something completely different than what I asked for. This second, and final time today that I've gone in, I asked him for 2 things. One of which comes with sauce, did not receive the sauce. Asked for the footlong nachos, and asked him to put jalapeños on. I noticed he had not put the jalapeños on, asked him what about the jalapeño, he says "yeah they're on there", I say are they? He says yes. They were not on there.

  Just walked away, told the girl 4 times we had a big order to help the lady at the register being ignored each time. Finally helped her after she said something to the girl. Started helping us told her 2 times to heat the meat again being ignored. Finally a fly lands on the sub and stays there I mention it to her and she says we need a fly swatter. Still hasn't heated the meat and get told it's already cooked. I don't care if it's cooked I wanted hot chicken for my sweet onion teriyaki. Then says we don't heat the meat. WTH?!
