  Order that I did get isn't correct. Didn't get any of the sauces and they won't answer the phone so I'm just out that money. Don't recommend and won't be ordering from them again.

  First time visiting this location for a pick up order. My food was fresh, ready and very good. Nice gentleman working the window. I will definitely visit this location again when I am in town and hungry!

  Horrible experience! Tried to order pizza ahead of time for a pizza party for my students. This location charged my card but never actually processed my order. Luckily, Jared, from the OTHER Sidney Pizza Hut, was able to fix the problem and get us our pizza.

  This is just the 'drive thru/carry out' store so they don't carry some of the 'main' pizzas that are on main menu. They didn't have exactly what I wanted but understood why and service was pretty friendly.

  Absolute worst experience ever. I ordered online for it to be delivered as I am not able to pick up. I never received my order so I checked the site. It had switched it to carry out which is not what I put down. Called them over 10 times and kept getting the call center. I just wanted to see if they could deliver but I did not get to talk with anyone but the people at the call center. They gave me their customer service number since I was not getting through to anyone and that put me in the same loop. Nothing got resolved. My special needs daughter did not get her pizza, I am out the money and frustrated as all get out. They lost a customer for life here. Pretty sad situation on a Saturday.
