  Absolute worst experience ever. I ordered online for it to be delivered as I am not able to pick up. I never received my order so I checked the site. It had switched it to carry out which is not what I put down. Called them over 10 times and kept getting the call center. I just wanted to see if they could deliver but I did not get to talk with anyone but the people at the call center. They gave me their customer service number since I was not getting through to anyone and that put me in the same loop. Nothing got resolved. My special needs daughter did not get her pizza, I am out the money and frustrated as all get out. They lost a customer for life here. Pretty sad situation on a Saturday.

  Why call them because their web site is down and then get hung up on 2 times. Will never order from again ever lost my business.

  We ordered online, wouldnt let us pay with a card. Tried calling the store to pay, got a call center, tried getting transferred to the store. Our food showed up but we couldn't receive it because we havent paid. While still on hold on the phone to pay for the order while at the door getting denied our food

  I have ordered from this store multiple times. And not once has my order ever been made correctly. Then every time I call the store they leave me on hold for 30 minutes to a hour and never answer.
