  It’s McDonalds... Thus, the 5-star rating is based on the drive-thru window’s April (everyone already knows about Ms food…). Waiting to place my order, I was able to overhear another car/person placing their order. Or, trying - which is what drew my attention. I had noted the car had been there “a minute” while at the other lane placing my order. It would seem they were trying to use the app to place their order - AT the window 🤔. (New to the app, maybe that’s a thing.) With seemingly no success “for a while”, they switched over to ordering via the speaker/April. Each of her responses/interactions were communicated just as kind, patient, and professional as the initial exchanges. Wow. I’ve had to line up kindergarteners - similar to getting fireflies to line-up for a group photo - and am not sure I demonstrated as much patience as April. Her unwavering tolerance was absolutely impressive. I’m pretty sure I would have come a bit unglued after the 4th “round”… 😬 Way to go, April! 🙌🏻

  I usually use the drive through and always use the McDonald's app which I love!!!

  I hate the new McDonald's, it's so industry look. I feel like I'm in a dungeon. No one to greet you anymore, just computers for you to do yourself. May be great for some, but I know people used to get paid to take your order and with a cherry smile. We now have 2 McDonald's in Sidney. There's one on s.r.47 west, I ordered a cheeseburger and they forgot the hamburger. So I had to yell for someone in the back to help to get my food right. The 2nd incident happened at the new McDonald's on s.r.29 here in Sidney, Ohio. I ordered a sausage egg McMuffin, and they didn't put the egg on. I didn't bother to go back. Food still tastes good though. 1st incident I dined, the 2nd was a pick up order.

  This location recently opened up and I have only had really positive experiences here. The food is always fresh and the employees actually smile and are pleasant. I think they hired some great people for this location! Thanks for doing what you do.

  They keep forgetting my drink and I'm mad I've ordered there after working everyday and they keep forgetting
