  Deidre, she’s from the area here unreal that she understood “The customers always the king“ Is the customer always the king that is the question it’s actually Decca distributive education classes of America was a question now there are people who tried to complain and get stuff for free. I told her I’ve only been to Bw3 literally twice in four years because I banned them. Corporate America, are you paying attention? Yes, I literally have only been there twice in four years. This is the second time I forgot that I banned them each time I came. Yes I banned Bw3’s. Deidre has restored my faith. It’s too bad. I had to spend all that negative energy over the last 28 years trying to get a beer poured properly. I call it a church pour oh please don’t fire her or penalize her. She actually realized I was a customer and it was a request of mine and I literally cook my chicken wings. Less. We’ll see how they taste, but I guarantee if she’s the best ever. She asked me how I was doing I told her “Terrible my dog died none of my wives none of my girlfriends get along the whole world against me. Nothing ever goes right, but I got a positive attitude and my drink is more than half full. “ I asked her if she believed anything and she said yes that your drink is over half full lol what a great attitude these people have we had a lot of fun thank you 2203 hours update I had to tell Deidre thank you for surprising me with my meal. Yes, then I had the story about the ugly duck restaurant in WOoster, Ohio. I said the same thing to him and he wouldn’t surprise me turned out after three meetings, he said I read your review and I said it was a good one. Your food was good but you refused to surprise me I said oh wow you went to university of Dayton then you lived right off of Brown Street right by Old Hickory right 1988. I went to an after hours party and it was you’re in a martial arts right he said yes I said they had me standing in a chair position. His eyes got really big. He said I would have you holding trays I said yes I was holding two trays. Think outside the box corporate America Bw3‘s you’re putting too much into your brand and not listening to the customers. Thanks again Deidre and Kaydence for surprising me with such beautiful service. You made me feel like Jack Dawson, the king of the world and I will definitely be back

  I ordered the boneless wings, dry over cooked and came out cold. Not impressed with this store.

  Waitress knew we were in a hurry and had us in and out in 30 minutes FANTASTIC FOOD AND SERVICE!!!

  A shout out to Cadence. Being a stranger in town, I stopped in BWW's and instantly was greeted, asked what I would like to drink, and handed a menu. She would also engage in small talk when ever she had a chance while taking care of other customers. I felt very welcomed at this place, and plan on making many more stops at this location.
