    The Shelby location is a joke. Two times they’ve screwed up our order and then when we brought it to their attention, they reacted rude and didn’t offer or care to make it right. Even when we paid for french fries and onion rings that were left out of the bag. We didn’t notice until we drove 10 miles home and when my husband called them they said because we didn’t notice before we left the parking lot, there was nothing they could do. And that was told to us by the manager as she was telling us this in a way that led us to believe she thought we were trying to get free fries and onion rings. This location is a joke. If you go there, check your bag before you leave the parking lot. Also make sure you food is freshly made. Ours was not freshly made and it was disgusting.
