  Worse Panera I’ve ever been to. We travel all over the country and when passing through the area here we stopped around 7:15 at night for some dinner. I ordered a pick 2 with a Mac n Cheese and a Turkey & Cheddar sandwich. The Mac was a smaller than normal portion and had a very thin sauce. Somehow they were out of baguettes so I opted to get chips as a side— which were never given to me. When I went to get my drink, they were out of all the special drinks leaving me to resort to soda. Disregarding the food, when we walked in, an employee on her break was making out with her boyfriend just inside the door which was highly unprofessional. When we had an issue with another in our party’s order, the woman who “helped” us acted like it was an inconvenience to fix our order. I would recommend avoiding this Panera like the plague.

  I love Panera, but NOT this one! If you also enjoy Panera for the good food, comfortable atmosphere, and decent employees, stay away. I got my usual pick two: Mac and Cheese and a ciabatta steak and cheese. The Mac and cheese was cold and watery, a diabolical excuse for Panera’s usual delicious nectar. My bread for the steak and cheese was toasted within an inch of its life, but somehow the inside was only lukewarm. And the bread was actually cold. Cold and hard, how could you do this to me Panera. The employees were pretty bad as well. The employee putting our food on the counter was not happy to be there. My party also saw an employee making out with someone in the corner of the seating area by the door. Needless to say don’t come here, enjoy somewhere else instead. If you needed Panera to survive, perish the thought of coming here.

  The green tea always seems watered down. I do not get my drinks with ice. Yet the flavor of the passion papaya green tea always tastes more like water than like tea. The Avon location doesn't have this issue.

  The girl working the drive through is just terrible. Horrible attitude that you would expect more toward East Cleveland not Sheffield. She refused to sub my chicken bagel stack for steak (the Asiago) and told me that the only option was adding it for a plus charge. After telling me chicken didn’t come on it! Ha! After requesting for the manager I was given the refund, and “fixed” sandwich. The sandwich looked as though it had been thrown in the bag, all ingredients spilling out. Will not be coming here again. I’ve had better service at steelyard walmart!

  Very bad experience at Panera Bread. The food isn’t prepared correctly, and they don’t even inform customers when they’re out of ingredients. I ordered a Chipotle Avocado Melt and basically received just bread and avocado. If they don’t have all the ingredients, they should let customers know before serving the order. It’s disappointing to pay for something that doesn’t match what’s advertised.
