  We love Jimmy John's but this was the first time I have encountered no easy wheelchair access unless parking on other side of building. We also found that the seating inside was not wheelchair friendly except for a tiny two seater right in front of the restrooms segregated from the other seating area. Inclusiveness is huge I would recommend looking into adding some accessible parking spots or at least a ramp in front access, remove some of your tables and put in a couple where the chairs can be pulled out and easily able to roll under.

  UPDATE: WITHIN 15 MINUTES, I HAD TO CALL POISON CONTROL BECAUSE BOTH MINE AND MY HUSBAND'S STOMACH'S STARTED TO BUBBLE AND BE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. Maria needs to learn how to do her job. Today, she put in a bunch of cucumbers that were not cleaned off after they were sanitized and they tasted completely like chemicals. When I called in with my husband right next to me listening, she repeatedly kept asking for the name four different times and the last time I yelled Eric out of frustration that she couldn't hear me. Then she literally said you're yelling at me and hung up on me. It was quite clear she was using that to hang up on me because she wasn't doing her job properly and our dinner tasted like freaking chemicals! You could have hurt my family and the fact that you literally used that fake reason to hang up on me and then pick back up the phone and dealt with the issue because my husband was on the phone was ridiculous. You suck as a manager and you probably shouldn't be one since you literally just made the lamest excuse in the world because all of these calls are recorded. Good luck, I'm calling your GM first thing in the morning we're going to have a conversation about this and I'll also be reporting it to corporate. 15 minutes later my mouth still tastes like chemicals. There's something seriously wrong if it tastes like that oh and by the way my husband's a general manager and he can easily confirm that she did not properly clean off the cucumbers after sanitizing them which we told her and what she didn't believe.

  Elif and Filis were so friendly and honestly one of the best workers I have ever encountered. The atmosphere was amazing and I'll for sure be coming back! Give these ladies a raise!

  Unreal experiance. Spend over $100, Ordered 11 subs put names of every single person on each one. They not only didn't put any names on any of the subs. Half the subs didn't even have a number on them. No way to tell whos is who. I call in and ask the manager how this even happens. I didn't yell or swear and he hangs up on me. That is horriblle customer service and someone you don't want to represent your company. Do better Jimmy Johns.
