I went in to pick up a prepaid order, but because the name on the order was accidentally under a family member instead of mine, I was flat-out refused even after showing the full confirmation on my phone, matching every item, and offering to verify the phone number on the account. Instead of taking a few seconds to actually solve a simple, obvious mix-up, the order was just left sitting there getting cold while I was turned away. Zero effort to help, zero flexibility, just rigid rules taken to the extreme. There’s a difference between protecting orders and refusing basic common sense. This wasn’t security—it was unnecessary inconvenience for a paying customer over something that could’ve been resolved in under a minute. Definitely not coming back to this location
