- ASAndrew Stroh2 days ago1.0I ordered online to be picked up at 6:00pm, arrived at 6:05 food was not ready waited until 6:45 when they claimed it was ready. Half the staff was standing around doing nothing a couple people working the online orders, when I got home food was ice cold, chips were stale and half of what I ordered wasn't on the bowl. Definitely never returning to this location service was awful. There is no management and if there was a manager there they are not doing their job and they shouldn't be one! This location has only got worse and worse, no chipotle will be receiving my business anymore. You are a disgrace to the food industry.

We deserve a discount or something for how bad it was. If you’re gonna go to chipotle go to one of the ones in North Ridgeville they are way better.

Gen Z stare. prioritize mobile orders only.. there was a line out the door and 5-6 employees inside and they would not take a walk in order for about 25 minutes all while the mobile orders being made one after another. 1-2 people on mobile orders and the rest of the employees were just putzing around .. employee at the register literally doing nothing.. why be at the register if your not even taking walk in orders.. just standing there staring off into space..
