  I went to 7 brew today and ordered 3 blondies with light cream and a small black coffee. They brought it out and gave me an americano not a regular black drip coffee and I noticed the blondies literally looked like milk. Like the didn’t have any coffee color AT ALL. I told them I would like them remade the lady brought them back in and I heard from inside “oh is she being picky?” Then she immediately brought them back out and told me if I wanted them darker I needed to get and pay for extra shots of espresso? Like what? I get 7 brew from different locations all the time and never have them literally looked white like that. At this point my 2 year old was losing patience so I gave up. But every one of my coffees was wrong. I have a sensitive stomach to dairy so I could only drink a little bit of my coffee and wasn’t even able to finish it. But on a positive note, the girl taking my order with long brown wavy hair maybe young 20s was super kind and personable!

  Went for a little Saturday afternoon pick-me-up. Unfortunately it seems that nobody was working in line 2. Our order was taken quickly, however line 1 had no joke 15-20 cars go through compared to our 5. It was my husband’s first time, and I don’t think we will be back. I don’t typically write reviews, but I had plenty of time to gather my thoughts and write this while waiting for our drinks.

  Was pretty disappointed when I got my chai tea today. I get a chai tea with cherry and it is normally a red color but was a light brown. I figured that maybe they had just forgotten the syrup which I guess isn’t the end of the world only to be disappointed when it didn’t taste like a chai at all and tasted like straight milk. That is ridiculous to wait 30 minutes in line and pay $7 for a drink to just be thrown away. Also because of the line being so long I was not waiting 30 more minutes to ask for it to be remade. The amount of money we pay for drinks and them not be anywhere near standard is ridiculous.

  As an avid 7-brew visitor my fiancé and I are highly unimpressed with our shakes we received at 8pm on Friday May 1st we sat in line for the longest we’ve ever had to which accumulated up to 24 mins mind you we only had 4 cars in front of us when we pulled up, we order 2 shakes one crème brûlée and one s’mores and what we received still had ice chunks visible and was so thick is was not able to drank through the straw, the kid who took our order Richard I believe was his name was phenomenal the girl he was working with however with pink and white star clips in her hair seemed to lack a decent work ethic as she left him to take both drive through lanes drink orders and was gossiping to one of the cars about how she was “done making drinks for the day and can’t stand being in there” which I assume is on the drink line… this customer service experience left a bad taste in my mouth and unfortunately I had to go home and re-blend my shake to be able to wash it down… had to write this review

  I have gone back after they messed up my simple order not once, not twice, but I gave them an additional 3 strikes. I'm not sure if the staff is just too young, but I ask for 1/4 sweet which is an option button on their tablets or I'll just say only half a pump of flavor and it's ALWAYS way too sweet. Even Dunkin donuts gets it right when it comes to that. I will not be back because staff gets rude when you tell them the drink they just made isn't made right.
