  terrible customer service! i placed an order online thru the app came in for it & they said they didn’t have it. i showed them i set it at the right location & also showed them my bank account showing the money went thru! they still said no it’s at a different location, they called the other location they were sure i put it to & they told them no it wasn’t there either. i still showed them the fact my money went through, and they chose to sit there and argue w me, understanding little to no english. she ended up making the sandwich, completely wrong telling me “next time order it right” & when i sat down and opened it there was hair in it! i called the location back explaining the issue now, and they say they can’t hear me and i need to come back to the store🤦‍♀️

  The young lady that was working April 29 at Subway. She did a wonderful day while I was trying to complete my DoorDash order. They didn’t have all the cookies she was on and it made me call my customer just substitute her cookie she was nice. Great customer service.

  Meena is fantastic! She has a bright and positive attitude. She greeted me with a smile when I walked in. She took care of the three guests quickly and professionally. She gave me a great advice about which protein pocket to try. I haven't been to a subway in 10 years. And now I feel good coming back. Thanks Meena!
