If youre going to say youre out of something atleast move it so i cant see the thing im asking for that youre telling me youre out of. Food quality is good but good lord how is this store so under prepared for lunch rush. For context it is 12:18. Not even 20 minutes into lunch rush and falling apart and "out" or something.

- DTDillon TarrAug 21, 20261.0Disgusting. Eat somewhere else. Today, August 21, 2026, around 4:20 PM: Behind the counter, Logan was serving food and working at the register. I watched him tap tap tap at the register, then reach over and use the same hand in the same glove to grab cheese to put in a container for the customer ahead of me. I asked him if using the same glove to touch the register and then touch cheese that a customer was supposed to eat was considered to be OK, and he confirmed it is. He was the only associate visible at the time, otherwise I would have asked to talk to a manager. I figured backing away with a puzzled expression followed by leaving the restaurant and posting this review would suffice. Fortunately I hadn't ordered my food yet. I've been to this Chipotle several times, and even when associate's aren't serving cash register cheese, the food is usually very dry from customers understandably not cycling through to eat it. And of course the chicken is usually burnt significantly, but that just seems to be a Chipotle thing, at least much of the time.
