  This location is usually the one I go to because of how close it is to our house. However every time I go in there they say they are out of chips and tacos. Literally every single time. I work late so I usually stop in around 9:30 so they should be able to make a batch. I’ve visited other locations around this time and if they’re out they tell me to wait about 2 minutes and make fresh chips or crunchy taco shells. The lady in the line was very nice but when the manager heard her say they were out of chips and tacos, she didn’t offer to make any or even ask if I had time to wait while she did. She did however chastise the woman making my food about a towel and cleaning spray. The woman told her she followed the rules and put them down below away from the food. Hopefully next time I can actually get some chips or tacos.

  Every time I go they are out of something. I thought since it was a new location it would be the best. But I never had this issue when it was in it's previous location down the street. First time they were out of chicken. Second time they were out of cheese.

  How is it possible this place still operates so poorly, with regular feedback and reviews? I recently moved to the area. I have ordered from this location about 4-5 times, not one time have they made my order correctly! One time I placed a pickup order to be picked up from the drive up window. I waited 15 minutes behind 3 other cars and none of us moved. Finally, I went inside, even then I waited another 30 minutes before my food was made. When I got my order, the bowls were dirty from dirty gloves used by the staff. All to get home and NONE OF MY 3 bowl order was correct!! Each item had something missing or wrong, or other than I asked for!! Where is upper management/leadership?

  Don't waste your time or money. Terrible service and incompetent management. You mean nothing because nobody cares about you. You will get what you get, not what you order. There are better options from local owned businesses that actually care about both the food they prepare and the service they deliver. You lost us as customers as well as potential new customers that read all of the many negative reviews you receive.

  Worst Chipotle ever, Do NOT come here, I was about to start ordering after my brother who got a burrito and I got a bowl after the lady greeted us kindly she got them out and scooped rice into his burrito but after doing so with a normal amount of rice this other lady yelled at her like she was a misbehaving dog which made me feel bad for this nice lady. The other lady who yelled at her said that it should be one scoop and a small one in front of us the customers, very unprofessional. She then proceed to take the food from the nice lady and start doing it herself and giving half scoops with barely anything in the bowl and burrito. That’s all just don’t come here you will not get your money worths and it will not taste good, nor fill you up, and the employees are just rude and lazy I mean half of them just sit there and talk I have attached a picture of my food right when i took the lid off the bowl
