  They would not wait on us they were only doing the web orders though they had customers waiting in line. Three in store customers walked out do to them ignoring the customers inside worst service ever!!!!!!!

  Ordered a honey chicken bowl a week or so ago for pick up: didn’t have any honey chicken (no meat whatsoever actually). Have tried to go back two days in a row and they’ve been out of guacamole and chips one day, and cheese today at the prime dinner rush. Essentially they are consistently out of fundamental ingredients and have terrible customer service.

  I dont even know why they rebuilt it. Staff jd terrible. Scope the dang food and move on. Its not hard. No one looks thrilled to be there. Never going to that location again. Just go to Bibibop. Its cheaper and healthier.

  UPDATED to respond to Chipotle's AI response that is tagged to all honest reviews! ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Hands down THE WORST Chipotle in Cincinnati! I placed an order on my phone for 6:50 pick up and arrived to find a car ahead of me. Sat and waited 20 minutes. I pulled up and an absolutely horrible woman slammed open the window and proceeded to whine and moan about how hard she and another person were working and how there were only two of them working. I told her that I appreciated her situation, but I was there to pick up an order placed for pick up 20 minutes earlier. She yelled at me and told me how "SHE didn't need this treatment from a customer!" I sat there thinking WTH? I was nice, I just wanted my meal. She slammed the window and disappeared. 10 minutes later, another car pulled in behind me and there we sat. I tried knocking on the window several times to get anyone's attention as I watched people pull up and walk in and I could SEE them getting what they'd walked into the store to buy! I finally called Chipotle's customer service where the rep heard the woman come over to the window 45 minutes AFTER my order was to be ready, and chew me out again, telling me that I wasn't her priority! Finally after sitting there for an hour, I pulled ahead and then around this store's drive through to tell the car behind me what the number was for Customer Service. Their employee began screaming at me that I "WAS NOT PERMITTED to talk to a customer??" The woman in the car that had been behind me thanked me, put the phone number in her cell and I wished her luck for her wait!" I have NEVER been treated in such a horrible manner before at a restaurant! Thoughts ran through my head of that woman spitting in my food OR WORSE! I've tried this store 5 times since it opened, each time with the hope that it would be the same standard I'd expect from any other Chipotle. 3 of the 5 times were horrible experiences. The portions are a joke! The food is always cold and they had forgotten basics like napkins! Save yourself a lot of frustrations and head over to the Reed Hartman store or any other store! Until mangement changes at this store and it starts getting at least 4 star reviews? You're going to end up like some many of us have, disappointed and frustated that this store is allowed to operate as it is. WHAT A JOKE! Contact Customer Service is their response and it's a link to THEIR corporate website??? This experience is the sort of thing that I would expect a call from the manager considering that I stated in my post that I CALLED the Customer Service number while this was going on! So the lesson learned here? Their feedback and customer service support lines and the AI bots that troll Google reviews, (check out the responses to other negative reviews!) are just as bad as the service and food, not just at this Cincinnati metro store, but in almost all of them! Thanks, but I'll go to Qdoba where my business is valued, the food tastes great and is HOT, stores are CLEAN, and the staff is always friendly!

  Genuinely the most incompetent people work here. They cannot read and make a simple order. If you are going to work at a restaurant and get paid, then actually do your job and actually make food correctly. No wonder why this place has such low stars. This place should get shut down because they can’t seem to do anything right. Maybe management here should actually do their job and manage their workers, or is the management here just as incompetent? Never coming back and never ordering from here again, I’d rather drive 40 min to get a decent meal. I remember when chipotle was actually good.
