  They were so slow to open. I’d recommend don’t come at opening at 10:45am because they likely won’t be open yet.

  This is a sad one. "Extra" would hardly be visible, portions are small. Take out lane has a tortia toaster but they don't use it. So, in case you are up for a small portion of cold food - this is the one for you.

  There was a dead bug in my partner's burrito bowl, which is gross as it is. Upon taking it back, was told we need to go online to request a refund. Unfortunate all around, should have been handled on site. Update, they offered us 200 points (~$1). Pathetic!

  By far the worst chipotle location. I used to go out of my way to visit this store when it first opened, but it has taken a turn for the worse. The staff here clearly would rather socialize with each other and smoke outside the store directly next to the drive thru line. The girl who works the takeout line in the evenings completely ignores the drive thru window. A few weeks ago I waited 40 minutes in the drive thru, but I decided to give them another chance and waited an hour and a half this time. My food had been ready both times and was ice cold when I got to it. When they finally came to the window, the person said nothing and just stared. When I asked for them to fill the soft drink I purchased, the person took the bag back inside, set it down, and took an additional 10 minutes to fill 1 lemonade and then almost forgot to give me my order. Another time I was here she told me that someone stole my order, I basically had to beg them to remake it. Unsure how someone could steal my order when they have to hand it to the costumer through a window. Another time I was in store waiting and a costumer was complaining about waiting an hour and the cashier said “it’s not a fast food restaurant.” What is it then? I’ve worked in the food service industry now for over a decade and always side with the employees, but this one is absurd. Judging by my multiple terrible experiences and the other reviews on here, I think it’s time for corporate to get rid of everyone — especially management for allowing this — and start over before the store closes for good. Do yourself a favor and visit one of the other locations in the area.

  If you come here, expect to wait at least 30 minutes in line and another 30 minutes for your order to be completed. As a former food service worker, I never blame the employees, so clearly this establishment has serious management issues. Yikes!
