  I waited in line at drive thru what seemed like forever, employee on the speaker said there was only 2 employees in entire restaurant? On a Sunday at lunchtime, unfortunately this happened last week as well, I can only imagine what those poor employees are going thru. This is a total lack of leadership at the corporate level, needless to say I'm not going there anymore.

  Every single time I go to this particular Arby's I have a not so wonderful experience! Theyre slow, mess up my order and my food is never as good as other Arby's I've been to. Disappointed again and again

  My daughter and roommate's mother both raved about the taste and quality of the gyro sandwich. Which I decided to try a couple of days ago I have to say it lacked luster. The meat on the sandwich had no flavor whatsoever it was loaded with so many onions that it tasted like an onion sandwich. There was not enough sauce on the sandwich. Being as disappointed as I was I will not be ordering another one from there. The potato cakes were fine and I also noticed that several of the employees are outside smoking instead of being inside which was kind of shocking from the time I got there till the time I left there was always a certain person smoking on the side of the building and talking poorly about the business and also in the back of the building when I left the restaurant from eating.....

  The new management is trash! Everyone one that has been going there for years are complaining about speed, friendliness, cleanliness, and overall service. Real glad that new management is working out for yall 😅
