  Was tripled charged for my order.. paid $47 for 2 sandwiches, told i had to take it up with chstomer service and then had to wait 25 minutes for the order to be made when there was no one else in line. Had to ask for my order which had been sitting on the counter waiting to be packed up and then the kid drops the order handing it to me. Not the best experience.

  Was told this is my 12$ full sandwich. It’s been a while since I’ve been here but this is what the side of a half used to be. Don’t waste your money.

  I placed an order for pick two. I drive 15mins home only to find they did not include the sandwich. I call the store and am told by a lady that she made the sandwich so I took it. Why would I steal a 1/2 a sandwich when I had a whole salad that was almost $20. She then tells me she weighed the bag and everything was in it, so I took the sandwich! I typically visit the Rockside Rd location and never have a problem. This is the last time I will go to Seven Hills. This is not the first time they have messed up my order.

  This was my second time ordering for rapid pickup on my way to work. The first time they made the mistake with my drink but that didn't bother me and it was corrected. This time they made a mistake with my sandwich and I didn't even notice till I got to work. So there was nothing I could do about having it corrected. I ordered an egg and cheese on croissant plus two cinnamon rolls . I got an egg and barely cheese on sourdough. Very bland!! Plus the sandwich cost me almost $6. My receipt was correct so it was their error and I wanted to post pictures but the reviews don't allow me to 🤷I think I'm done with rapid pickup ☹️

  I usually never leave reviews, but the team at this Panera location truly stood out. Destiny was AMAZING andddde so friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. I forgot the young man’s name who made my soup, but he was also great. Thank you for making my day and for the excellent service!
