  This is the second time I’ve come where their cheese was not shredded it’s more like crumbled. The portion sizes were not worth the price and the server was lazy. We sat for about ten minutes even waiting on crackers. No they were not busy. I would not advise anyone going here if they want good gold star.

  Waited about 15 minutes to be waited on, cheese in the coney was cold. Not my best experience.

  We just sat in line for 30 minutes and we only had TWO cars in front of us!! Service is absolutely awful! The manager needs to do something about this before people stop coming all together. It doesn’t take 30 minutes to put noodles, hot dogs and chili in a container. Good grief.

  The worst gold star ever got 6 Coney's about 20 till 10 they had no chili sauce and they was very rude ... At least West Union is back and yes there's are good
