- VWVictoria White6 days ago1.0We orderwd from hold star in seaman ohio, for pick up ordered a kids chicken strip meal with fries and a root beer, a order of those parm ranch fries, and a large drink, one 3 way no onion a 5 way with everything each got a coney one no onion, one no mustard ,5 extra things of cheese and one thing extra onion, and two large drinks, wife picked it up, she noticed the kids meal drink was missing, they said oops and gave us a drink before she left, when we got home, we did not have any of the extra cheese, onion and the 5 way was missing sauce, the 3 way had onion, and the parm fries were not in there, so we called the store and the girl that answered said im so sorry we will put you down as a full credit, I said my last name she said okay and hung up, so a week went by I called in to get our credited meals because we have been on ball field all day and the guy said it was never wrote down and we can not give it to you!!! I spent 63 and some change!!!!! I paid cash!!!!!! I thought it was okay she wrote this down!!!!! I want my food i paid for!!!!!!! We didnt even eat what we got it was wrong!!!! Please make this right!!

- GMGracie MoraJul 14, 20264.0Hadn’t been in a while and food is good, but have to say wasn’t thrilled that I was up charged for having exact change due to the coin production. Had to decide between paying the lower cost on a credit card (so credit card fees) or apparently getting “rounded up” even though I did not need change back. I can get accept the idea of not getting correct change back (standard for most places now) but come on that is a dumb policy to automatically up charge like this!
