  I can’t even give a food rating because they didn’t let us order. We came at 11:30pm and it says they are open until 4am. They said they were only taking DoorDash and mobile orders. When we asked why the worker very rudely said “Well you can blame that on half of the staff not showing up” like that was our fault at all. Don’t be open if you aren’t going to serve food. That’s literally the whole point of a restaurant. Can’t even call this fast food because we were stuck in the line for about 20 minutes and couldn’t even get out. WE DID NOT EVEN GET TO ORDER FOOD!! Completely ridiculous and the girl working tried to act like it was our fault.

  So the food was hot and delicious but it is ridiculous the amount of time it took to both place our order and to receive it. We were 4th in a line of cars and next in line to order where we were asked to wait to place our order (which took roughly 15 minutes to get back to us) and because we had other folks pull up after us we could not exit the drive through or else I would have… after our order was placed we then had to wait at the pickup window for another 15 to 20 minutes… only good news was the food was good. Employees had no sense of urgency and you could tell that they did not want to be there.

  Doors were locked at 1:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday. No signs on any door. A customer let us in. I'm about to order at the kiosk and the employee says, "Did someone let you in? Our lobby is closed. We're only taking drive thru orders." So why were there 2 customers in there lobby that let us in? Why aren't there any signs on the door stating that the lobby is currently closed? Idiotic businesses with awful management! People have zero common sense anymore. I just left.

  I would give 0 stars if I could. Worst Taco bell I have ever been to. The drive through rep was very rude and said they are not serving after waiting in like for 30 minutes. No apologies nothing. They should close this place. It brings bad name to Taco bell which usually has good food and good service.

  I waited 30 minutes in line, never even got my food and was late back to work because I was STUCK IN THE DRIVE THROUGH! Cars behind and in front of me and no way out because there is a dang curb and grass. This Taco Bell has also been shut down before when I’ve put a mobile order in and never received my money back for it. Anytime I order extra anything I definitely don’t get the extra. Just all around don’t go here. Most of the people that work there are so nice, but dang can a sista get her taco and the right way?!
