  We pull up to order was told we have to wait 15min cause they had to restocked so left came back 20min later luckily we mobile order which that's the only orders they were taking. I only seen two ppl working.so all these mobile order and Uber eats ... thank God I forgot to hit send I'm back here 20 minutes later waiting for a burger they forgot to put in the bag no excuse for the service. So obviously I'm going to get back to the room my food is going to be cold I order Shake it's probably going to be all melted. One of the worst Services I ever got

  We just wanted a couple of slushes. The negative reviews say the same thing over and over, but obviously Sonic has NOT changed a thing or learned anything. Is it really that hard??? We got in line. We waited. Nothing happened. We drove around the building to see if they were even open. Yep! They're open. Got back in line. Someone finally said something on the speaker about putting us on hold??? Idk. Waited some more. Then the girl waved us up to the window. Took our order. Idk if she's new but she struggled taking our order. We FINALLY got our slushes.

  We went to get cream slushies and a quick bite. Our slushies were great but my order was wrong. I ordered a chili dog with onions and ketchup only. When I got my food there was cheese on them, no big issue I walked up and politely asked if I could have them remade. I didn’t want cheese one them just the ketchup, onions and chili. Got my new order and it was just ketchup and onions….no chili!!!! Like come on now I don’t understand. They also ripped one of the buns open at the bottom. The top of the bun that is already open was at the bottom. How can you not even put a hotdog in the bun correctly??

  I waited in line for ten minutes, I got to the speaker and they told me to please hold. One car was at the window and one behind it. They both got served and the window area stayed clear for ten minutes. I said something to the speaker box a couple times, with no reply. I finally drove off after twenty minutes total. This place is horrible
