  After a few-minute pause on the drive in speaker, we were told they are short-staffed, so all orders needed to use the drive‐thru.

  Place is absolute trash, lazy employees who can't bring to go orders out. Never staffed, credit card always down. Manager needs replaced. Clearly cannot manage this place. Trash. You don't take anything seriously and that's why it's still ran like it is. Pathetic.

  ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! I never write reviews and I try to give people grace but holy crap. We placed a pick up order for 1pm. Pull up to a stall and pressed the button, waited for 10 minutes before being told "drive through only" with no explanation. So we got in the drive through line and waited another half an hour! The line was incredibly slow. If I could give zero stars I would. We ended up just leaving. We now have to work on getting a refund since we couldn't even get anyone to answer the phone. It wasnt worth it AT ALL!

  Didn’t even get to order. There was 2 other cars in the parking lot and I can assume one of them was the employee that came out and told us that the speakers weren’t working and to come to the drive thru but then said that it might not work either and that we were cash only. I’ve been in food service for several years and i’m honestly flabbergasted by this. If there were so many issues going on, why is this location open right now? Why isn’t your one employee that’s in the building doing anything to take initiative to get these issues resolved? I will be reporting to franchise as well.
