- KKKelly4 days ago2.0I got pasta and subs. Pasta was ok as usual the alfrado just doesnt have much flavor. The subs were awful they were toasted but very cold - not even room temp the italian sub is very spicy and the tomatos are green / firm from cutting to close to the stem I was surprised that 4/6 tomato slices were like this.

Our food is always served very quickly and we’re checked on several times and offered more breadsticks. This location has the friendliest workers, especially Autumn. Highly recommend!

The server who brought out our food was also very nice and checked on us several times to make sure we had what we needed, including a refill on breadsticks. I also saw the staff working hard to keep the dining area clean and well stocked in between helping patrons. Coming from someone who feels as though overall customer service has taken a nosedive in the last few years, my experience today made me see that some businesses, or the people who work for them rather, still care about providing great service to their customers.

Special shout out to Missy who has always been a welcoming face at this Fazoli’s for many years. She took some extra time tonight to chat it up with my 2 year old granddaughter. Very nice lady!
