  I'll summarize... Bathrooms were rough. The toilet looked like someone had a bad round of food poisoning. The toilet paper dispenser was empty and the trash overflowing. Nearly every table needed cleaned. The non-cabonated drinks were all empty as well. Trash all over outside and no trash can in the receptacle. Overall it looked like there was a lack of management.

  Don't even bother eating here. First, hours are never accurate. They say they open at 10:45am. The last time I tried to stop here it was 11am and the workers turned me away because they weren't open. Multiple people also followed and were turned away. Please update your hours if you are opening later. Hours online and posted on the storefront say 10:45am. Second, if you try to stop later at night you're stuck waiting 20+ minutes in line. Your best hope is mobile ordering but then you're jipped on portion size. Not to mention food quality is different every time. Some days there's hardly any spice to the chicken and the next time it's way overseasoned. I'd take the extra time to drive to Norwalk or Fremont.

  By far the worst chipotle in the area. I would highly recommend skipping over this chump and going to Fremont, Norwalk or Tiffin. The seating area is never clean, the line is always to the door everytime I come because the workers take their sweet time. The workers are EXTREMELY rude with no manners (I believe they will hire anybody) and the food and condiments are HARDLY ever fresh and today when I came in the queso blanco was in chunks! Out of the 3 times I’ve came in expecting better, I’ve realized it simply won’t get any better. Something needs to be done.

  Place is always dirty. You can always tell the workers don’t want to be there. There’s multiple nights where you will show up and it’s “online orders only” which is very inconvenient. So you have tons of customers sitting or standing around trying to get their online orders in when their work station is full of food, sauces ect. All of a sudden they are out of supply’s? There has been a couple of times where me NOT AN EMPLOYEE has had to fill their napkins+forks+lids because they didn’t stock them themselves. Long story short I would rather drive the extra 15-20 minutes to go to the chipotle in Norwalk rather than 5 minutes to the Sandusky location.

  I ordered a bowl through the app and my pick up time was 9:30pm. I waited 45min past my pick up time for my order and every time I would ask the workers how long it would take they would say 5 min. I gave up and bought food elsewhere. I’ve never been to a chipotle that has such slow, inaccurate, and rude service as per the timing on the app. The workers lied and kept saying my order was only one order away from being prepared but even after 45 minutes it still wasn’t done. I told them if they can’t make the order on time then I don’t want it. It wasn’t just me, there were multiple people whose orders weren’t done in time, some even had to wait 1 hr past their pick up time. This is ridiculous, if they had a long wait time, why not update the app and say they had a longer time. I’m never coming back to this chipotle and the worst chipotle service I’ve experienced.
