    Shout out to Gabe for taking care of us even when they were super busy. My son didn’t like the chili lime chips and he helped swapped them out quickly to avoid a meltdown!

    This has got to be the worst chipotle I’ve been to the line was crazy the only lady that was doing the orders was doing them so slowly like by the time we ate all of our food the line did move and she got the orders wrong too by a huge degree. The only positive thing is the portion sizes were big

    Walked in and walked right back out. It was about 10:00, the line was almost at the door. We were gonna wait it out until we looked around. Every single table was DISGUSTING. I mean food and garbage all over every single table. If the tables were that gross I wouldn’t trust eating from there. So disappointed 🙃

    My experience today left me confused, upset, and concerned with the food safety knowledge of the employee I encountered at this location. I ordered on the app well before I came into the restaurant to pick up my order. When I came in, my order was not on the shelf. After a couple of minutes a man came in and stood near the cashier seemingly waiting for someone's help. I saw my order in his hand and told him it was mine. He said he accidentally took it as he saw the E and thought it was for his door dash customer (also an E name. I left the restaurant and waited until he left because, awkward 🤷‍♀️. I noticed the sticker looked like it had been removed and put back on. I came back in and got the attention of the employee making the mobile orders. I want to preface that the store itself was not busy at all. There were a few people in line with regular orders. I explained to her what happened and that I wasn't comfortable eating an order that left the restaurant and was brought back, not by me. She appeared annoyed with my dilemma, and said, what, do you want me to remake it for you? I said well, yeah, I do. I'm really sorry. She snatched the bag from my hand and asked my name in a short, clearly aggravated tone. Again, the store was not busy. Maybe she had a lot of mobiles but I would imagine that could be solved by having it go through the regular line, as no one was in line. I called customer service and they offered me two free drinks which is nice, but I don't drink soda. Im just sad feeling like I was the one being intrusive or annoying, when really I would expect the restaurant not wanting food taken out of the building, brought back, and then given to rightful customer. I would imagine that is a code violation of some kind. The person I got from the customer service number didn't seem concerned about that either, and said well the order was remade so the problem was remedied basically. Coming home to eat my remade meal, there was less lettuce in my salad that I feel would be put on a bowl with lettuce. There was no corn on mine, and the normal amount of cheese on the bowl when the order said light. The cheese not a huge issue by itself, the salad, frustrating since a salad's base is well, greens/lettuce. I hope this was a one off experience and this store's employees do take food safety seriously. She was very rushed with her remake of my order which I think affected the quality and quantity. I feel a refund would be a better resolution for this issue here than two comped drinks.

    I’m giving this a 5 star because it needs to be seen, I would put 0 if I could. The manager at this chipotle named Courtney Kim is flat out completely rude as hell! I got my food from mobile online order and went into my car and checked to see if they put my chips in the bag, they didn’t so I went back into the store and confronted the manager about the chips not being in the bag and she didn’t believe me and said I know I put the chips in the bag, I said well u didn’t and she said told me contact 1-800 chipotle to get my refund. I said so u think im lying? And she ignored me and told me to call 1-800 chipotle. I told her I just want my chips that I paid for, I didn’t even leave the parking lot after getting my food and went back into to tell her and she was in the biggest mood. Which I understand because u work at chipotle, ur life must be miserable! Not to mention she told me to not come back to the store because I confronted her on her own mistake! This is the manager of the store by the way named Courtney! All I wanted was my chips that I paid for and u simply couldn’t do that. She told me that she would check the cameras bc im lying about their being no chips! U can’t even make this up! Horrible experience and this is all because of the manager who is the little girl with black hair named Courtney. Courtney I genuinely hope u get fired because no customer deserves to be treated the way I was. All I wanted was my chips that I paid for and she refused to because she thought I was lying and she claimed she knows she put them in the bag however i watched her make my entire damn order! There was no chips put in the bag at all!
