It is 11:20. Two managers came out, said they cannot do anything about it, they are not open yet. Shut the door infront of the woman's face. P.S.S. 12:13. No honey chicken, no steak, no guacamole, no cheese left. Great job

Just went in today and there was a line of people waiting for their online orders. It's 6:56 and some people were supposed to get their food at 6pm!! Of course the order I picked up was wrong again, took it in there to get fixed, and they messed 1/2 of the order of for a 2nd time!! They are always out of things like chicken, cheese, and sour cream. This happen one more time, I will no longer be getting food from here. Also, the portion sizes are SO small. Not sure why the employees are so stingy with the food, but it needs to be fixed! Literally got a bowl of carnitas and I got ONE bite of meat. That's it!! Get your crap together! I've spent too much money at this business and it's the only Chipotle around so FIX IT! You also need to get a new manager. So incredibly rude.

After speaking with customer service I was told I would get another call to try and resolve the issue which never happened. After about an hour of waiting, there has been no call back or refund. This store was also disgusting inside with filthy grills and counters. From previous visits, I've been informed by my siblings about poor customer service from one of the employees. From my personal experience, the portion sizes were extremely inconsistent and usually is not worth the price at all. On one occasion, the rice was extremely gritty as if it wasn't fully cooked. Overall, the food quality, cleanliness, and customer service at this location have been very disappointing, especially considering the prices.
