  Chicken wraps were cold and chicken overcooked. lady at the drive thru window dropped my iced tea and had to get another one. I hope she didn't use the dropped cup? Also there was a strong smell of body odor from her. I should have went to another arbys. Isn't there any employee quality anymore. I lost my appetite.

  这次的用餐体验让我非常失望。 我们英语不是母语，在点餐时需要多一点时间沟通。本来以为服务员会给予基本的耐心和帮助，但实际情况完全相反。 当时负责接待我们的是一位留着粉色头发的女服务员。她全程用非常快的语速与我们交流，而且语气生硬，多次提高音量大声向我们发问。由于我们的英语水平有限，很难跟上她说话的速度，但她似乎并没有放慢语速或尝试帮助我们理解。 更让我不理解的是，当时店里几乎没有顾客，并没有忙到无法正常沟通的程度。即便如此，她依然表现得非常不耐烦，让我们感到尴尬和不舒服。 我无法确定她的真实想法，但从整个交流过程来看，我感觉自己并没有受到应有的尊重。作为顾客，我们只是希望能够正常点餐，即使英语不够流利，也应该得到基本的礼貌和耐心。 这次经历严重影响了我们的用餐体验。我希望餐厅管理层能够重视服务态度问题，让所有顾客都能获得友善、专业和尊重的服务。
