- AMAshton McDonaldMay 2, 20262.0Disappointing experience—undercooked food and poor service. The wings actually tasted good initially, but my experience went downhill fast when I bit into a completely undercooked, raw boneless wing. When I showed the very kind server, she took only that single wing back to the kitchen and returned to tell me it was "just gristle." Looking at the texture, it clearly wasn’t. She told me she would take the wings off the bill, but when the check arrived, she had only applied a 10% discount. At that point, I had lost my appetite and spent my time picking apart the rest of the wings by hand to see if any others were raw. I couldn't bring myself to eat another bite. When I asked her to please just take the wings away because I was done, she claimed she would "take it off again"—finally removing the charge. What was most disappointing was the lack of service recovery. I was never offered a replacement or a different menu item. I ended up paying $40 for my wife’s burger, a kids' meal, and drinks, and I left the restaurant still hungry. Between the safety concern and the hassle over the bill, I won’t be headed back to this Salem location.

This spot is great for all your wing favorites the staff is all ways happy to see you great food and great people makes me and my family keep comeing back to this location.
