- TTThomasAug 1, 20262.0When I get a drink, it's a crapshoot whether it actually comes out right. I don't know how hard it is to add the drizzles that already come with it, or to NOT add whipped cream, but they seem to really struggle with both of those things. I asked to add an espresso shot to my frozen chocolate the other day and just ended up with a large coffee chiller instead. Completely different drink. It's not like it's super busy either. I usually go early in the morning (before 7) or late at night (after 10). They're not slammed. They just don't read the drink orders. Then there's the food. It used to be pretty good, but not anymore. It doesn't matter what time of day I come in. It's always stale, and usually room temp. I can deal with a little extra crust, but when I have to grind my teeth into a croissant to take a bite, that's something that should've gone in the garbage. Granted, I do mostly use the drive-thru. I have a theory that folks who order inside get better service because it's easier to complain about bad food/drinks when you haven't already driven away, and this IS supported by the few times I've gone in and gotten my drink perfect, but like I said, that's just a theory. A food theory.
