    Stopped at arbys after gettin outta hospital was hungry ordered a 7.99 box crispy chicken got home in new waterford stared eating sandwich n there was a long dark hair in it. I started gagging so that was a waste of money. I will never eat there again

    Drive thru never give sauses for the sandwiches..inside they told me to have a seat an they would bring me my fries, they dodnt...Salem Arby's has to be the worst.....

    Waited in Drive Thru line for 15 minutes then discovered I was missing an item. Went inside and stood at the counter for 5 minutes and nobody even looked at me. Went back through the drive thru and the kid didn’t understand and thought I was trying to order and pay for what I already paid for and didn’t get. He also talks like he has a mouthful of marbles. What a joke establishment.
