  Really excited that they're getting closer and closer to where I live. Hopefully either Boardman/Canfield/Austintown is one of the next locations?

  The past 3 times I’ve gone through staff is just sitting outside where they can see cars but just talking around the table and not taking orders, I haven’t been getting my order taken until I get to the front of the line. Also my drinks never taste the same anymore. Not sure what happened with the service at this location recently but definitely has gone downhill.

  The Salem 7 Brew I cannot say more wonderful things about due to the fact of not only is the product good. The customer service is honestly in my opinion, hands-down one of the best all the workers are so respectful and kind they put their whole heart and soul into everything. I had a really crappy day at work and just to you try to get a new drink with the employee helping me out to figure out what would be the best drink to get on top of just the kindness she gave. I hope when people come here they can see that it’s just not a great product that it’s ran very well and I hope that whoever owns this are very proud of their staff and nation be very grateful for having a really good crew.

  There's no menu and when I asked to see one I was told to download their app. I don't want to download an app that i will only use one time. Coffee is okay, a little weak, and service was not great.
