For being a “automated” restaurant this place is awful me and our crew go down for lunch usually 1 day a week for 3 straight weeks I’ve ordered 2 grilled cheese burritos no sour cream extra chipotle sauce and every single time I get no chipotle extra sour cream
Horrible automated drive through messed up past 3 orders and employees with pissy attitude when asked to correct it, bring the real employees back to the drive through not this robotic bs

Y’all GO to this Taco Bell. This is the best quesadilla I’ve ever had. Cheese to the brim. This is what they mean when they say made with love.
Don’t worry about the wait, don’t worry about the broken machines, and don’t worry about the sub zero temperature in the waiting room. You are about to have a spiritually enriching meal. And I mean MEAL. You will be FULL. Have you ever been full from Taco Bell before? No. You always leave thinking maybe you should’ve gotten one more taco. Not here. Here, you will be fed.
Those four fellas in the back, that quartet of fools in their lightweight hoodies, they are cooking.
If Anthony Bourdain were still with us (rip), Parts Unknown would be filming here.
Live Más. Live Más, indeed.
Everytime I come here my order is wrong then when I tell them and hand the receipt back and they remake it and it is still wrong.

I had just gotten off a long day at work and the only place open was the st Clairsville Taco Bell drive through, tried to order Cinnabons which I was told they were out of, that’s fine, I understand I get 2 potatoe rollers and my drink, my boyfriend orders his meal. We checkout, we get our food, right off the bat not only is my drink completely wrong but also the wrong size, we check our food and the potatoe rollers are missing, no biggie. We pull back in to the drive through and talk to the same person from before, we tel her the drink is wrong and she says she hear us wrong and will get us a new one, cool. We then tell her the two potatoe rollers are missing she says “yea I meant to tell you we’re out” I was like okay that would have been a good thing to know before we paid and pulled away. She walks away from the window comes back and says didn’t you make an online order. I’m like what, you just took our order. She then offers to get me a different burrito I said that was the cheapest item on the menu the other burritos are out of that price range. So she asks if I wanted a refund for the two items and gives me my 6 dollar refund. It’s just crazy to me.
