  They arent even worried about their front counter until their drive-through is done they dont even ask if anyone has been helped they hardly even acknowledge people and then they are extremely slow they obviously need a better manager to light a fire under them. Also sometimes I get off work and want something to eat they have their door close at around 11pm eventhough their hours say 9am to 2am and even then they also arent open at 9ampeople go up and doors are still locked _ bad management

  They got the right crew and the people here working. The food is delicious and the service is great. Definitely will be back at this location.

  John, at the new Taco Bell in Rossford, is amazing. He has great energy, and remarkable customer service skills. John made us feel welcomed, and our order was important to him. I rarely give these reviews, but John earned one in spades. Thank you John. We will surely be back. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
