  Whoever is running this site needs to get their act together. I think every other car pulls out of line here just because of how god awful slow it is. Figure out your staffing because almost every time I try to eat here I just leave because it's a slog. You've got competition all around you killing it but sonic is in the dust?

  Absolutely the worst Sonic I've been too. Went to pickup an order and it would not take my stall number. Then pulled into the stall with the screen and pressed the button multiple times. No one answered of course. After 10 minutes we decided to go through the drive through. That took another 10 minutes. Finally got our food and the ice for the drinks were completely melted. Would not return.

  Pulled up to stall 2 and hit the red button, sat for 10 minutes hitting the button several times, after no answer I ordered on the app. After order was placed on the app it took another 20 minutes just to get the food. The person running food to the stalls approached our car twice trying to give us someone else's order. Saw 3 cars leave the time we were there because their order wasnt being taken either.

  This place is the exact opposite of fast food. I have given this location multiple attempts and this last time will be the last time. Every time I have gone here the drive through takes forever. You would think that if you're the only person there, and you wait 20 minutes for your food, that it would be fresh. Somehow I waited 20 minutes for burnt cold fries with containers only filled half way. The girl at the widow gave me our drinks and told me to have a nice day. I had to wave at her to get her attention to remind her I ordered food. To top it off, the drinks were just fizzy colored water. There was no flavor in the drinks. I would have gone back to get them remade but I didn't have time to wait another 20 minutes. It would help if the employees were more concerned with their customers and less with their phones. How many bad reviews will it take for management and ownership to actually do something about this poorly run location? It's too bad. Sonic actually has good food when it's made fresh and with some sort of care. You've lost a customer for life.

  It was my first time at this location, I don’t go to sonic much only went for lunch while at work today just he I had a deal for a free burger so I order that and a large crinkle fry, burger was good and fresh but smaller than expected and wouldn’t pay the 9.xx for it, also the fries where all stuck together doors was ok nothing to excited or worth going back for.
