  Employees are extremely rude and disconnected. You can tell they don’t care about the customers the girl that was working today at around 2:30 3 o’clock is the worst experience I’ve ever had beyond disrespectful. I don’t see how you hire employees that act like that obviously, they do not care about running a professional business

  Very slow. Needs to have more people working. Waited in drive thru for 25 mins before even getting up to pay and get any food.

  I'd rate the customer service a 0 if it was possible. Got parked, waited 15 mins for them to take my order, didnt take my order, I drove and parked ordered on the mobile app and parked in mobile pickup.

  We sat there for a few pushed the button to order, nothing someone pulled in beside us and the were told they had to go through the drive through to order. This is no longer a drive-in.
