  We sat there for a few pushed the button to order, nothing someone pulled in beside us and the were told they had to go through the drive through to order. This is no longer a drive-in.

  Second time I pulled in push the button waited for over 10 minutes for them to tell me I can go through the drive-thru. Second time we're leaving without purchasing anything. There won't be a third time. Had a great lunch at five guys.

  I can't believe this place is still in business with the employees here and at Central Ave...they are lying about a burger button, all of them! The one girl had hickies all over her neck! Like where's the professionalism??!!!! I guarantee you I won't be back, I even wonderfully found a hair on my burger for simply asking if they had a hamburger button, and they guaranteed me they don't and it is the same exact price for a hamburger and a cheeseburger....I did call corporate, because this is ridiculous, I'm very upset right now! I know if they keep hiring people like the ones they have they will go out of business!!! I would rather get someone who doesn't speak English and appreciates the job than these people! Or a convict who did 20 years in prison, I know they'd appreciate the job even be more professional!! Man I just can't believe they lied about the hamburger button all because they were too lazy to go back and cancel the cheeseburger!! This is ridiculous!! And no I wasn't being a Karen, I never asked for my money back, all I wanted to know was the price difference on the cheese. I do work hard for my money and I would have gladly just accepted the "mistake" but nope, you reap what you sow and these girls lied and literally made a big deal out of a question....I'm super upset about this!!
