  Chick-fil-A is usually excellent and what they do. And this time they had a little flub up. It was a grilled chicken bowl that was extremely lukewarm to cold. I discovered they don't have a microwave so they made one fresh and hot for me with no issues. Friendly service willing to bend over backwards here. Clean restaurant and friendly staff.

  This is by far the worst chick fil A in the city, this is my third time coming here each time the staff was very rude and my order was wrong to top it off the young lady was mad at me because my order was wrong not once not twice but 3 times it sucks because this is the only chick fil a near me.

  On Thursday 5/14 at the Rocky River, OH location, I went through the drive-thru with my family to just get a large fry to go. I paid with apple pay and was driving up to collect my order. The drive thru attendant came back up to the car and stated the payment did not go through, so I paid again and went to the next window. Upon arrival to the next window, the worker stated both payments did not go through. Upon looking at my phone to verify payment, I realize I was charged $38.36 for a large fry. Once the worker realized the over payment, she immediately got her manager (Leroy) who promptly started investigating the issue. I pulled around the front of the store to get out of the line while Leroy worked on figuring out what went wrong. They were able to find the error in the system and Jared who I assume is the GM refunded my card and provided me with vouchers for the inconvenience. I’m not writing this to complain. I’m writing this to thank both Leroy and Jared for being the epitome of what management stands for and providing an unforgettably positive experience in a not so positive situation. Thank you!!!

  Wanted to grab a fast bite to eat for lunch today and went through the drive thru for a chicken sandwich. Wes took my order and was really friendly and welcoming. Didn't have to wait long in line either. First time at this Chick-fil-A location and was an excellent experience!

  I’m just saying this now. If you want good portions and actual good tasting chicken fila go to the chick fila that’s inside Cleveland state. Their fries are amazing, good portions, good portioned chicken, and amazing coffee and drinks. The chicken even tastes better there as well. I came to this location thinking it’d be the same and it wasn’t. My coffee was watered down no vanilla or anything like I asked for, chicken was flat and dry ish, fries were ok but not as good as the other location, and a low portion on the fries and I got a large.. I was just disappointed that’s all. Workers were kind that’s good, I won’t blame them.
