  I attended a rehearsal dinner here recently on June 26th, and it was incredibly disappointing. As someone who has hosted my own baby shower at another Burntwood location and had a wonderful experience, I was honestly shocked by how poorly this event was handled. The servers were kind but they seemed completely overwhelmed and panicked the entire time. Mind you the entire restaurant was dead. We arrived around 7:00 PM and didn't receive our food until almost 9:00 PM. Waiting two hours for dinner during a rehearsal dinner is unacceptable, especially on such an important weekend, also this was a planned event for months. Everything came out different times, nothing was consistent. A burger on one plate was medium the next was rare or well done. The worst part was seeing the added stress it caused the bride and groom. They trusted your restaurant to take care of their family and friends, and instead spent part of their wedding weekend worrying about whether their guests were being served. Overall awful on Burnt Wood!!!

  great food! the “bottomless mimosas” are a complete ripoff straight orange juice don’t get them

  Hats off to the Rocky River Burntwood kitchen and front house for an amazing and memorable experience on our wedding anniversary!!! With a full house anticipating the arrival of Union Pacific Big Boy 4014, our server Cameron made us feel as if we were her only table... And Burntwood's mixologist Roman slings a mean Moscow Mule. ... Such a wonderful experience that we came back after Big Boy's whistle stop, enjoyed more wonderful plates from the kitchen and stayed until the crowds cleared. ...Hey Google, you need to make more stars available to click for businesses like this!😍

  I went in for lunch but it was so incredibly hot inside that I could not stay or even think about eating after realizing how hot it was in there. I'm not sure how the workers or staff are lasting in that place today!! Completely lost my appetite. Thankfully, Christina was wonderful and was super friendly! Sorry to not be able to stay, but it is way too hot to be thinking of hot food in there!

  Horrible time today at this location during the heatwave. The dining room and bar area were nearly 90 degrees. Christina was very nice but I couldn’t even finish my drink I was so hot. If I’m sweating as a patron, I can’t even imagine how the staff, especially the cooks feel. Definitely won’t be back during a heat wave.
