They said they all of a sudden got backed up and never even made it and would get to it when they would get to it. To go orders had to wait? What kind of establishment is being ran here? No communication , staff was all flustered and didn’t really care to help. I’d go else where for food

The room was set up perfectly for my guests, the food was delicious and Liz made sure everyone had anything they wanted. I highly recommend the Burntwood in Rocky River for special occasions or just a great night out.Thank you ladies!!!
