- GSgeorge schaferMar 5, 20262.0I went into the dining room to order my food took a couple minutes and I'm back in the truck get home and I'm missing an item of course because it's to hard to count so I call up to the store it's only been 8 or 9 minutes since I left and what do you know no one answers the phone I called back 11 times and no one picked up the phone they let it go to voicemail Everytime and the voice mail is full of course what kind of management is there at night when I left all the employees were outside talking and smoking at the side door facing the parking lot so I guess everyone was on break and couldn't count the amount of items in the bag and then couldn't answer the phone so I could just ask to have it replaced tomorrow but no the staff would rather be outside screwing around instead of doing their damn jobs like they should be yes I'm pissed off because they can't bother to answer a damn phone or get the items right for an order it's More important to hang outside and smoke then do your job

Every time I go the bacon is crispy the food is hot and fresh. It's the only McDonald's that actually makes the food look like the picture. Obviously there is some standards here and although a few bad reviews didn't scare me away. I'm glad I tried this McDonald's I will continue to stop there every time I travel through Ripley. Kudos to the management for sticking to standards
