  I’ve given this location multiple chances over the years (yes, years), but the french fries are consistently some of the worst I’ve ever had at a McDonald's—always [overcooked/stale/limp]. It doesn’t matter what time of day I come, how busy or slow it is- always the same result. It’s disappointing because the rest of the experience is fine, but when the fries are this consistently bad, it ruins the entire meal. This location needs to significantly improve its food quality control. They now have a reputation for being the most expensive and the worst McDonalds in the Bath/Richfield area.

  One the better McDonalds in northern Ohio. Clean, organized, quick, pleasant employees. I'm a road warrior and don't stop into a McDonald's because of the culinary brilliance. I just need a hot meal (especiallythe fries), served quickly with pleasant people in a clean environment. These guys do it almost every time I stop by.

  I hate going to this McDonald's if there was another fast food place I would be definitely going there. The lady that takes your money just has her hand out the window does not even say hello or the amount. I have had numerous times that when I order the pies they were out. And I didn't even get my.money back they are like I can give you cookies, well they were terrible as well hard and you could tell they were old. 2 weeks ago t got McChickens both of them were nasty didn't even taste like what they normally taste like. McDonald's quality is definitely going down hill
