  I'm so angry about this experience. I drove 17 minutes to this small almost unrecognizable Fazoli location. Ordered what I've been wanting all week which is the loaded fettuccine Alfredo. First, of all this order took forever. No one in lobby, several heavyset workers standing around chatting it up. Then to finally get my order in this tightly knotted bag. To get all the way home to discover, they didn't put the chicken in my loaded fettuccine Alfredo. I called the store number listed no one answered. I hope there is a camera in the back where the food is prepared, and I also hope whoever made this order is fired immediately, also the heavyset girl that's giving out orders should be fired. Regardless, I will never be back!!! And for those of you expecting a certain standard that Fazoli's normally delivers. Please lower your expectations when visiting this location. Location is smaller, service is slower and less accurate even with simplest of orders. Once again, -7/10, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!

  The young girl That’s running the drive-through taking the orders her people skills Are horrible.. I asked her a simple question what comes in the side salad? It’s just a side salad it’s premade. Ok! What comes in there? Does carrots come in there? Yes, Then she ramble on what comes in there… After that, I said may I get two extra breadsticks with my meal She said , ok. Now I’m at the drive-through window receiving my food. I opened the bag up. There’s only two breadsticks in the bag. I said excuse me she opens the window. There’s only two breadsticks in the bag. So, I show her the bag and she’s like oh I believe you… Ignorant! She handed me two more breadsticks, and I said, Somebody slacking and not doing their job, right… Thank goodness I checked the bag before I left like a smart person. There’s four employees Just standing there having a great conversation and Only one was actually working, and that was the light skin guy… The bottom line is this when a customer ask you what comes in The salad you answer answer the question and tell them what’s in the salad not just say it’s just a side salad!!! SMH

  Customer service & staff were great! They helped me decide what to order. I did the lunch special with spaghetti w meat sauce . Lasagna, pizza and garlic bread. Saved alot and got a lot back! Loved that ! Spaghetti was great! Pizza perfect 10/10. Garlic sauce and breadsticks unmatched very good! Also very CLEAN ENVIRONMENT ! However the lasagna was pretty chewy and a little salty . Wasnt bad but could use some improvement
