  Where do I even start? The customer service at this location was terrible from beginning to end. I placed an online order for two cauliflower crust pizzas, but my order showed up incorrectly as a large spicy veggie pizza. I tried calling Donatos Pizza to fix it, but I was left on hold for 10 minutes before I finally hung up. When I arrived to pick up my order, I explained the situation to the employee, and all I got in response was, “It’s Friday, we’re busy.” I understand that Fridays can get hectic—but that doesn’t excuse poor communication or ignoring a paying customer who’s just trying to get what they ordered. As for the food itself—completely disappointing. I ordered a cauliflower crust pizza with extra sauce, extra cheese, and extra beef. What I received looked nothing like that. There was barely any beef, definitely not extra cheese, and the pizza was soggy even though I requested it to be well done. The amount of sauce was excessive—to the point where it felt careless, like no attention was paid to the order at all. I still ate it, but honestly, it was a terrible experience. I’ve had issues at this location before, and this just confirms a pattern. This level of service and quality is unacceptable. Management seriously needs to step in and provide better customer service training. Customers are spending their hard-earned money and deserve to be treated with respect and receive the food they actually ordered. I won’t be returning to this location. Now that I think about it they didn’t even give me my Diet Pepsi.

  When cooking someone’s food, please wear a hairnet. I placed my online order came in picked up my order. My son was eating his chicken wings, and his wings had hair in it.

  I visit this location quite often. Today I had interactions with Ashley. She was very pleasant and upbeat. Her vibe was awesome. You ever had one of them days and than you encounter a stranger for a brief moment and the short convo just makes you smile. Thats how today was. Thanks Ash!

  Called to order and spoke with an AI over the phone. The AI screwed up my order, but the staff were quick to remake my pizza. It looked and tasted great! Thanks!
