  Placed an order @ 5:30 pm for delivery and was told it would be delivered @ 5:55. @ 5:52, got an email saying it had left the building. Because this location uses door dash, my order wasn't picked up until 30 minutes later. All in all, I received my order 55 minutes after I ordered it and 35 minutes after it was made. This will probably be our last order from this Donatos. Too bad.

  Pizza was really burnt on the bottom. Did not bring it back because didn't have time but I'm going to add a photo. The photo reflects both of our pizzas. I ordered one barbecue chicken pizza and one pizza with pepperoni mushrooms and green olives. Did not taste good and was not edible.

  Top notch service on from the young at the front register who I believe is named Antoinette on March 27th, 2026. The service was exceptional, kind and apologetic that my order was not ready upon arrival. Thank for being great!

  Food was cold when it FINALLY ARRIVED. Ordered online..rcvd confirmation of order and time for delivery. Called 10 min after it was suppose to arrive…-NO ANSWER. At ALL!!! 651pm confirmation…arrived 759pm….We won’t order from there for a very long time if ever!

  5/5 most people say their are inconsistencies when it comes to service, sometimes their are more orders therefore it might take longer then usual. Either way… this location is “alright,” obviously I’m not going to say they are better than Pizza Hut. But Donatos is definitely still worth getting from time to time.
