  The guy claiming to be the manager cursed out an old lady. Admittedly she was kind of rude, but definitely not rude enough to come out and curse her out in front of other customers. Wild interaction to witness. He even flexed about it being “his store” and her not coming back. Hope that guy is never a cop is that’s how he abused being a shift lead at a taco store. This just happened minutes ago 06/10/26

  Staff is/was kind, the food was tasty and when asking for extra when I go in person I received a good quantity of extras. I ordered two soft tacos i recommend, two chicken soft tacos. I notice some bad reviews one person was upset rice and beans was running out I’m sure places like chipotle can run out of supplies probably every single place that sells rice and beans. I have never seen a place run out of rice and beans this has never happened to me but then again any store can run low or can run out of supplies probably happens during sales. The only inconsistency I had was once ordering from the chipotle app I had the food scheduled for in 20 minutes as a pickup food, chicken was getting cold. so I think this means it was made in the first 10 minutes which means they work faster so when ordering on the app I recommend order either the asap option or use the 10-15 minute option not 20 minute or 30 minute options I don’t recommend scheduled orders unless you know when the order will pop up I’m sure it would be easier to schedule the order on an hour like 2pm this makes sense but if you order 20 minute option it might be made in first 10 minutes. I recommend ordering in person and I recommend taking your time when ordering and asking for extras this store they get the job done fast and with kindness. 5/5

  If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I understand wanting to go home towards the end of your shift but it was 20 min til they closed, we walked in and everyone looked like they had an attitude. one of the workers simply looked at us, stood there then walked to the back as if he didn’t have to serve us. the workers that helped were rude, and just threw everything together. if you don’t want to work at the place you applied for, then don’t. everyone on staff tonight around 10:40pm either need fired or retrained because that was unacceptable. the only one who was nice was the young lady in glasses who checked us out. or maybe the place needs shut down after all of these bad reviews. do better.

  One of the best Chipotle locations I've seen, in Ohio, or Florida. The place was quite busy, but the crew made short work of the long line, and the portions were more than adequate. I can see why this location has nearly a full star higher ratings than another nearby location. It's also easier to get to than the other one in the area, mostly because of 🚧 construction 🚧
