Pick up order was not ready on time. Manager just standing in back not assisting. Have had many issues at this location. Needs new management desperately for this busy location.

The way he speaks to his employees is completely out of line and disrespectful, especially when choosing to humiliate them by doing it in front of a line of customers. It was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful and i feel for the employees.

We shall see if it arrives correctly the 2nd time around. Idk how you can mess this up when there is literally a sticker on top of the bowl that tells you what goes in it.
