  Very disappointed. Arby’s is usually my go-to for a good self-treat, but today at this location I was not happy at all. I’m from Cincinnati, and I ordered a Double Roast Beef meal, plus 2 Half Pound Beef ’N Cheddars. The Double Roast Beef looked more like a regular sandwich with barely enough meat, and the Half Pound sandwiches also had much less meat than expected. The fish sandwich was actually the best thing I got today, even better than the roast beef. Just a heads-up: don’t leave without checking your sandwiches. Arby’s is too expensive not to get what you paid for.

  I usually love this place. The manager is awsome. He is always very friendly and chipper. But I went through there tonight and they have a new girl at the window and she couldn't have been any more rude if she tried. When I rolled the window down to pay she just stared at me said nothing and then I handed her my card she stared at me again as she handed me the card back and then proceeded to shut the window my face as I was asking a question. I tried to ask for sauce when she handed me my bag and she said "aight." I'm not trying to come down on the place again, usually the best service but she needs more training or not to work a window if she doesn't have an customer service skills. #sorrynotsorry.
