  The manager sucks. You can hear her yelling in the back because she can’t handle it. The employees are good.

  Not a fresh Burger all. Even the buns for the burger was hard. No other car getting service to not make fresh food. one cheese burger and med. Fry no salt. Old cold hamburger with super hard bun. Med fry was warmed up. Not fresh. Don't waste your money at this location.

  The manager on shift at 2:15 pm on 4/4/26 was extremely rude and nasty. Mind you we sat at the ordering speaker for 9 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. I ordered a kpop meal, a large 10 piece nugget combo, and a kids chicken nugget meal. We get to the food window and we were handed the kpop meal, the kids meal, and a bag with a large fry.(missing the combo 10 piece) so I go inside to show my receipt and she immediately gets defensive like I’m lying and asks me to go outside and get my food and bring it back in. So I did. She then tells me I didn’t order a 10 piece combo. Which it was clearly on my receipt and I received the fry and drink along with it so it was obvious I did. She then rolls her eyes, stomps off, grabs the nuggets and slings them at me. Very unprofessional and that girl should not be in that position. Like I would go thru all that for some dang free nuggets. SMH. Will not be returning to that location any time soon.

  Service was a little slow but staff was kind and understanding especially one manager and a front worker.

  Fries are always hot it wasn't to busy so I got in and out really fast
