  Ordered online and said food was done at 7:20 walk in at 7:23 and my food wasn’t even prepared yet . Then they had a line of customers and my food sat as they prepared 2 other orders . I waited almost 20 minutes for my food and then along side with that I had no sauce on both my subs and one sub was the wrong bread . There was only 3 customers in building. Never had a problem before but this was a bit ridiculous especially for an online order .

  We went there to pick up a couple sandwiches April 2nd around 8 pm. Several other people were in line when we arrived. The person working was a large woman with eye glasses who acted like she hated her job and everything about it. Not friendly in the least. She seemed to work super slow on purpose and refused to pick up the pace a little as the line grew longer. It took aprox 35 minutes to get our order made and she only made maybe 4 other sandwiches ahead of us. Ridiculous. Then when we paid she handled the the money and made change without removing her gloves. She then continued to use the same pair of gloves to make the next customer's sandwich, contaminating every food container, since the worker uses the dirty gloved hands to reach into those very containers. Pretty disgusting. The franchise owner needs to be clued in on how this employee is impacting his business.

  Google maps and even their own hours sign claim they are open until 9:00 pm, we pulled up at 8:20 and they were closed.

  This location does not participate in any subway promotions. Ravenna had 3 subways, the others closed so this one decides no competition, no promotions, Guido’s makes better subs.
