- OCOhio Crush3 days ago2.0This is probably the worst Chipotle around or I have been to. The food is usually good but no matter what time you go there they will be out of things. I've gone there on a Sunday and they close at 11pm and at 7pm they might be out of cheese and napkins. This is just one example trust me it gets way worse. Every time I walk in it looks like there has been multiple food fights. No one sitting at tables and they are all filthy. Today the counters were twice as bad. I really could not believe how nasty the area were they make everyone's food was neglected. The owner here needs to have the staff to take turn and keep the place clean. I wish I would of took some pictures.

I went here about a month ago and there food line quite literally looked like there was a food fight before I walked in and there where not busy at this time there was no line ahead of me just workers not being productive. Then when I seen the food I just tuned around and hadn’t been back till today and that was a mistake and a waste of money! I picked up my caseadia on time actually a minute before the time the app told me to pick up when I arrived home about 3 minutes down the road my qasedilla was border line soup I can’t even think of how that MUCH oil and liquid ended on top of my food I didn’t eat it but I could have used a spoon.. definitely last time going here ( none of this goes towards the male manger that I have had the pleasure of being served by in the past very respectful manner)
