This happens so frequently, I haven't been able to place an order in months. Before COVID-19, most of my orders were okay. My only gripe is that the pizza often seemed undercooked from this location.

After ordering online and waiting for over an hour I called to check on our order and was told they came to our house but nobody answered. We have five kids and three adults that were downstairs waiting for food. Our doorbell plays the theme from the Adams family so there was no way they knocked or rang the doorbell at our address. Considering we order at least eight times a month from this place the non-apologetic person who answered and basically said tough luck did not give a rip and just said we can remake it but it'll be at least an hour. Don't waste your time, not worth the hassle! Here we go a year after the above review. had the toss anther pizza. they did not knock, or ring the bell, no text message, no call say they were on way or delivered. open door to find pizza crawling with ants. 3rd times this month. I call and call no answer at the store for days. I am disputing the charges with my bank. the bank refund me for all three times. I advise all to do the same.
