    The vibes are off. The shelves are trashed like they've been busy, but a lot of items are expired or near expiration. This is a weird store, the staff doesn't interact with you. Idk, it's a nice area, but the condition of the store tells a different story.

    Digital price tags are a scam designed to make surge pricing and borderline extortion slip by your notice. Complain to the store manager when you can. Let them know this is unacceptable. Vote with your wallet. Otherwise, accept the reality you allow to be thrust on you. Also their self checkouts take SEVERAL seconds to process each scan.

    I appreciate the new store being so close. However, the staff needs trained better. I take my 87 year old grandma there to shop once a week. Every time we go, our receipt is WRONG. The lady at the cash register is rude to us, so oftentimes we go to the service desk. Service desk ALSO has an attitude! She informs us we HAVE to bring it to their attention the same day or they cant do anything. Nifty. On their website, it says you should return to take care of it as soon as possible... Not within the same day / 24 hours. My grandma is blind and doesnt drive. We have a set day and time we run her errands. Usually we sit down to check our receipts after cashing out. But that takes time and sometimes were in a rush so we dont realize we were overcharged until after were home. We call, and guest services tells us we have to come back the SAME DAY to get THEIR mistake fixed. That's INCREDIBLY difficult for us and is NOT the policy on their website. Unsure if they're just under trained, understaffed and stressed out or what but I HIGHLY suggest re training some or getting rid of people who clearly dont wanna be there / dont want to deal with customers having issues. Cuz if you're in retail, you're gonna have issues. Its how you deal with it, that matters... making stuff up - just to be rude, is NOT a good policy. 😒 Please update your system so its not overcharging everyone everytime we go and please re train your staff so they actually know your policy and arent just making it up as they go. Thanks.

    I have frequented this store since it opened. I live very close so it’s convenient. However, if I lived farther away I would STILL frequent it! Large aisles and the best staff hands down in the area. Friendly people and a good atmosphere. I told my hubby if they had couches by the Starbucks I would go over just to have coffee!

    I have tried to give this Kroger multiple chances, but I’m done going here. I have mistakenly purchased several products way past their expiration date. Even if they are not expired they usually only have a day or two until they are. Also, the staff is the worst. I just went today and you would have thought I was trying to rob the place when doing self checkout. I had to prove to the employee that I had indeed scanned everything. She still wouldn’t believe me. Showed me on the camera where there was a product in the cart I didn’t scan. I showed her on screen where I had scanned it. She still argued with me until she finally realized she was wrong. Then she argued with me on multiple coupons.
