  This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been too it’s the closest one to my house and have been coming for years but I’m going to have to stop supporting them after they served me RAW CHICKEN and offered no solution besides a refund and barley apologized it’s absolutely ridiculous. Besides them never having vinaigrette they have their opening time listed at 10:45 but I’ve gone there multiple times at 11 or 11;30 the doors are locked and the staff ignores me from inside. Don’t support there business!

  Very rude staff there customer service is horrible this isn’t the first time this happened while talking to a worker about something they just go back to working without answering the question I was trying to get someone to help with what I need idk who manages these ppl but you guys need better training on how to handle customers. First time I was trynna purchase the new green sour cream I asked how do I order it online the guy listened to my question gave me a confused look they proceeded to just keep working without addressing me whatsoever the second time which was today I asked about a bday promo chipotle gave me the lady took few look seen that I was trynna use QR code to redeem and continued about her business like I never asked for help redeeming the QR code. This is very annoying becuz I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I work in the area and this is only chipotle around it hurts that the staff here sucks can’t wait until cava is done so I can leave this location in the past

  Literally start closing an hour and a half before they are supposed to close and tell everyone that they’re out of a bunch of stuff and blast the music so no one stays. If you do stay they then try ignoring you and getting pissed when you ask if they are closed 🤷🏻‍♀️

  This is by far the worst location I’ve been to. They leave the front completely unattended. Only one person up front to make orders. The workers mumble and don’t smile. They must have poor management because they are understaffed and have a hard time keeping employees. They are usually out of lettuce, sometimes cheese. The front counter is left with rice and sour cream smeared all over it.

  I don’t think I’ve ever came here with something not wrong I always try to give this location the benefit of the doubt because it’s so close to me but they are always out of something and don’t alert you till your actually putting your burrito together, mind you after waiting in 10 minute line, it would be nice to know they are out of things before hand the past 3 times in a row this happened, the previous time one of the workers did not fill up my burrito at all I’m not the type to complain about the amount of food but it was abnormal I bite into the burrito and all I taste is the shell. I’m done giving the benefit of the doubt and always giving another chance with this location I will not be returning after giving a great amount of money to this location.
