- DVDO VOAug 3, 20261.0We come here because the staff is always nice but today changed my mind for good. I drove out of my way to come here because I never have an issue with the food or customer service. Today I came in and watched the guy behind the counter slam stuff down and was very rude and dismissive. When it was my turn to get my food I was almost scared to order. Then when we checked out they left our bowls almost behind the counter and just watched me struggle to reach them to take them back to my table. I have never seen this at this location before. The store wasn’t busy and I’ve been here when it was busy and have never been treated this poorly and watched other customers treated just as bad. Do better guys

The staff members on the line were not communicating with each other at all. After the woman made my brother’s bowl, she started making 2 (two) bowls for what seemed to be a mobile order, but was her own order as her shift may have been ending. The staff workers were confused who the bowls belonged to as we all just stood there watching and waiting. Her attitude overall was off putting and I could tell the other staff members were annoyed with her actions as well. She forgot to include things in our order as well as the customer that was before us. We will not be returning to this location again
